How to block and remove explicit songs on Amazon Music

Sometimes, music with vulgar words can be annoying, especially when we are with our little ones, considering that they might end up asking us a lot of questions, but luckily, there are a bunch of things that you can do to filter out those type of music if you are using streaming platforms to play music in your house or vehicle.

If you are using Amazon Music and you are trying to get rid of the explicit music on your streaming application, you have come to the right place.

Below, we are going to list down some things that you can do in order to block or remove explicit, which are also known as adult music, on the platform.

Please do keep in mind that you need to have the application of Amazon Music downloaded on your device if you want to change its settings.

First step: Open Amazon Music

The first thing that you need to do in order to remove explicit music on Amazon Music is open the application itself.

Second step: Open Settings

 

The second thing that you need to do is open Settings, which you can do by scrolling down a bit until the top menu appears. On the top right corner of your screen, you will find the settings logo, you want to click it.

Please do keep in mind that once clicking the settings button, a drop-down bar would appear and you would have to click settings again.

Third step: Turn on Block Explicit Songs

The third and last thing that you would have to do is Block Explicit Songs by just toggling the button that there is present right next to “Block Explicit Songs”.

After you do that, a message will come up in the screen and you want to click Block so you can remove all the explicit songs that there are in the application.

Yep, those are the only things that you would have to do in order to remove explicit songs from Amazon Music.
