First step:

The first thing that you need to do is open your Instagram application.

The second thing that you need to do is tap the profile button, which you can see on the bottom right corner of your screen.

The third thing that you want to do is click the three lines button, which should be available on the top right corner of your screen.

Fourth step:

 The fourth thing that you need to do is select the settings option which should appear once you click the three lines.

 After you click settings, you want to find Language and click it.

Sixth step:

 The last thing that you need to do is select from the list of languages that are available on your screen.

First step:

The first thing that you would need to do is open Instagram.com on browser. You would have to login too!

Second step:

The second thing that you would have to do is click the profile button, which you will find on the top right corner of your screen.

Third step:

The third thing that you would have to do is scroll down to the bottom and find language. You want to click that.

 Once you find that, there will be a drop down icon, click on that and select the language that you want your Instagram to be in!
