 First step:

The first thing that you would have to do is open the TikTok application on your smartphone or tablet.

The second thing that you want to do is click where it says Discover.

Third step:

The third thing that you want to do is enter the username of the person that you want to block.

Fourth step:

 The fourth thing that you want to do is open the profile of the user and tap on the horizontal three dots that you will find on the top right corner of your screen.
